Homestead: Spreadsheet of Furnishings, Houses (craftables & vendor)

I can not take credit for this incredible spreadsheet. It lists the Houses, all their requirements, as well as an itemised list of furnishings should you buy one furnished from the Crown Store.

More useful, is the updated list of furnishings - achievement, vendor and craftable. Some of the Crown Store pricing for items are a little off, but by & large the information for vendors and crafting is correct. Items are listed by location as well should you be searching for something in one of the zones.

WoW that is some spreadsheet and should become a sticky I think it is really useful.

I am waiting for those Manors to come on the market and give me something to spend my crowns on, everyone will be invited to the party of course.

Maybe my sense of humour is just damaged but I am finding the flavour text for some of the furnishings pretty amusing.

Hah - yes I love the flavour text on furnishings, and of course stolen 'treasures' always deliver a good chuckle. Such a shame that we can't use some of them for the house!
